Colleen and I met 5 years ago when she starred in the I Heart Brooklyn Girls Calendar I produced and we’ve kept in touch ever since. I was truly honored when she and Sam asked me to photograph their Brooklyn wedding this past fall. Their day was super fun, with loads of unconventional touches and beautiful details. The Cobra Club bar was a perfect space for their touching ceremony and the collective space, Bat Haus, which is a few blocks away, was fantastic spot to chow down on delicious Mexican food and then party into the night. Bushwick is filled with awesome street art that we used for portraits along the way. It was such a pleasure celebrating with these two sweethearts. I wish them so much love and happiness in their lives together.
