When Annie and Emory told me they had a place in Far Rockaway, I knew we had to do their engagement session there. It really doesn’t get more romantic or moody than the beach! Mother Nature really brought the atmosphere for us too; in the time we were shooting, it went from sunny and mild to wild and windy and overcast. But these two rolled with the punches and totally embraced the change in weather for these windswept shots. Maui, their sweet pooch, even joined us for some fun racing along the sand. Spending the day in Far Rockaway – and grabbing pizza for dinner! – with these two was such a joy.
